The dedicated team at our care home in Windsor, Berkshire, delivers expert residential, nursing and short term respite care, as well as specialist dementia care. 

At Mountbatten Grange, we ensure that every element of your loved one's experience at our Windsor care home is tailored to their needs, interests and preferences. We work with you and your loved one to learn about their life and interests before creating care, lifestyle plans and menus that are personalised to their individual tastes.

Mountbatten Grange also has its own café, hair and beauty salon and cinema, so residents can continue to enjoy a fantastic lifestyle.

My goal at work every day is to make sure every resident is happy and enjoying a stimulating, fulfilling life. I think the only way to achieve this is by making sure that each resident receives truly individualised care from people who’ve invested time in really getting to know them, their needs and their experiences.

They are just very caring. It is not a case of them not knowing what’s going on. The carers are first class. A young lady/nurse there organises all activities and anything to do with family, she gets us involved.

It is a very caring home, and they all seem to know the names of the residents. They all sort of know who you are. The manager is really on top of it and is a very good person as well. If I wasn't happy with the atmosphere, I will say it. The managers are always so helpful.

My wife has dementia, the nurses are very caring and they look after her 24/7. The carers are young and very responsible. They try to assist her in different things like in the garden or in anything that she does and they are very professional with it. I'm completely satisfied.

Not only do they have to deal with our family differing opinions on what’s best for our beautiful mother who is suffering with Alzheimer’s, they remain chirpy, polite and professional throughout and always find a solution.
