The skilled and dedicated team at our modern, purpose-built care home in Ponteland, Tyne & Wear, provide nursing, residential, early onset dementia and respite care for older people, including expert care for those with physical disabilities. We also offer supportive and sensitive end of life care.

When your loved one joins us, we will support them to continue to enjoy a fantastic lifestyle, with every aspect of their care tailored to their unique needs and interests. The dedicated and experienced team at Ponteland Manor will provide your loved one with care that is completely tailored to their individual needs and wishes.

The best part of my day is my morning walk around the home. I get to say ‘good morning’ to residents and colleagues and make sure everyone has everything they need.

It’s a fantastic feeling, being able to make a difference to older people’s lives on a daily basis. I also love helping my team to develop their potential, and giving residents’ families the support, advice or listening ear they need.
