Welcome to Tiltwood

Tiltwood is a family-oriented and welcoming care home in Cobham, Surrey. We provide personalised residential and respite care for older people, including those who are living with dementia.

Part of our building dates to Edwardian times, which gives the home a sense of character. Your loved one’s bedroom will be bright and comfortable, with modern furniture as well as television and internet connections and a 24-hour nurse call system.

The home is divided into different suites, each of which has a lounge and a dining room, plus a kitchenette. We also have an activity room, a quiet room, a tea room and a hair salon. Outside are secure and spacious gardens, with different interconnected areas for your loved one to explore. 

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

At Tiltwood we support residents to be as independent as possible. Some residents enjoy helping around the home and in the garden, while others socialise and take part in activities together. We run a busy programme of activities, including art sessions, baking, film afternoons and reminiscence sessions.

My friend June arrived at Tiltwood before Christmas 2019. She settled and join in with some of the things going on around her. She ate well and put on weight. All this thanks to the wonderful staff with their seemingly never ending patience. You have a wonderful team there and should I or my husband ever need a home with care, Tiltwood would be our first choice.
