Terms and conditions:

• This offer is applicable at the selected care homes. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice.
• This offer is only valid for self-pay permanent admission only.
• Must be from a care home listed on our comparable service list.
• This offer does not apply to respite stays, except at Harrier Lodge. 
• Based on a like for like care package and room and dependent on assessment of care need. Quotes received to price match against must be quotes taking into account level of care required.
• You may not use this offer in conjunction with any other offers or discounts provided by the care home.
• Offer must be mentioned at time of booking and is subject to availability.
• Price match on selected competitors, all fees match against the advertised fees of the competitor.
• Customer must request the price match against a specific competitor prior to assessment.
• Available for the next 5 perm admissions and then reviewed.

• Written confirmation of care fee price from competitor home may be required.
• Subject to availability.

You are eligible to receive offer if:

• We can meet your care needs and you have care needs which will benefit from our services.  Our care home team will discuss the support that you require with you and whether or not we can provide this to you at this care home.
• You are a privately funded paying customer.

Planning your stay:

• This offer is subject to the availability of a room at the care home of your choice at the time you wish to take up this offer.  To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book as early as possible within the offer period.
• The offer must be taken in a single stay. 
• It can commence any day of the week during the offer period subject to availability. 
• The time you move in and leave should be agreed directly with the care home.
