Many nurses joins us from the hospital environment because the working life of a nurse can be very stressful. There’s usually lots of pressure on time and resources. At Care UK, we give our nurses the time they need to get to know residents and understand what their individual needs are. This will help you deliver truly personalised care that we believe is at the heart of a successful care home.
