Through our Learning Academy, we’ll provide you with high-quality training tailored to your role. And, because we want you to have a great future at Care UK, we can offer you exciting career paths. 

We offer a range of apprenticeship programmes for Home Support team members across various roles, including: activities, chefs and kitchen assistants, receptionists and administrators, maintenance and facilities, laundry and domestic. You can gain an Apprenticeship in Maintenance, Customer Service, Hospitality (professional cookery and housekeeping), Business Administration or Management. From there, you could go further still, training as a qualified carer or becoming a manager.
