Cranford Grange offers a superb tranquil retirement option for those with a love of the countryside. As General Manager, and a registered nurse with over 30 years' experience and previous matron, I set exceeding high standards of nursing care. I am passionate about the delivery of high quality care to residents and proud to lead a team of dedicated and knowledgeable professionals here at Cranford Grange.
As within health and social care sector, we strive each day to ensure that we create a culture of integrity and professionalism. My favourite part of the day is time spent with residents, either in the bistro joining them for a cup of tea or in the activities lounge, hearing how we've made a positive impact on their life, and understanding how we can continue to grow and meet their diverse needs.
Whenever I have spare time I enjoy rambling through the countryside with my family and our springer spaniel.
